Great service at a reasonable price. Minutes after I made the appointment, I received a text message with the date and time, another text reminder the day before and a call the morning of my appointment just to confirm. I was provided with a good set of instructions for how to prepare my house for the cleaning. Stephen, the owner, cleaned 2 area rugs, an upholstered chair and a stubborn pet spot on our carpet (he didn't even charge me to do the pet spot!). He arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Both rugs, chair and carpet look great. He also uses green/non-toxic cleaner so I don't have to worry about the safety of my pets or family. He even gave me a complimentary bottle of carpet spot remover at the end of the visit. I will definitely call BeClean again whenever we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned. - Mari Lesniak
